Shipping policy

Illuminator360™ is available online only. 

Order Processing

• We process orders Monday-Friday
• Some items may ship separately based on available stock and nearest warehouse location
• In-stock orders are normally dispatched from our warehouses within 24 hours
• Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be dispatched during peak periods
• An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped

 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order please contact us as early as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct, valid shipping address when placing an order. Orders will be shipped directly to the unaltered address as provided. Illuminator360 does not provide refunds or reimbursements for products lost due to incorrect addresses.
